2024 Broadcast Bootcamp

Twenty-five students from 14 high schools across Mississippi, Louisiana,  Alabama and Texas spent five days and four nights on the beautiful Hattiesburg campus of the University of Southern Mississippi. The School of Media and  Communication at USM was one of 10 programs across the country chosen for funding by the Dow Jones News Fund. The theme for the camp was Medical (In)justice: Healthcare in Southeast Mississippi.
